The K20.3 zero-point pneumatic chuck is a fast positioning fixture designed to be used in conjunction with the chuck and pull studs.The compressed air machine and the chuck are connected to the pneumatic switch via air hoses. This enables the chuck to control the air flow, allowing the spherical balls inside the chuck to either lock or release the pull studs, Thus facilitate the interchange of tooling plates.The positioning holes of the chuck undergo coordinate grinding, ensuring a precise fit with the pull studs. Its repeat positioning accuracy can reach 0.005, providing a reliable guarantee for machining, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of each positioning operation.
