Regarding Warranty Coverage:

1.1 These warranty terms apply to the products (hereinafter referred to as "Products") purchased by the buyer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").
1.2 These warranty terms only apply to product quality issues under normal use and do not include the following:
(a) Damages caused by human factors, incorrect use, or improper handling of the product;
(b) Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the product;
(c) Product damages caused by abnormal transportation or storage.

Warranty Period and Coverage:

2.1 The warranty period for the product is 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.2 If the Customer discovers any quality issues with the product during the warranty period, the Customer should immediately notify the seller (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier").
2.3 Specific products enjoy a 1-year warranty service, while other consumable parts and accessories do not enjoy a 1-year warranty service. Please carefully review the product details before making a purchase.

Supplier's Responsibility:

3.1 During the warranty period, if the Customer notifies the Supplier of any product quality issues, the Supplier will choose to handle it in the following ways:
(a) Repair: The Supplier will repair the product's quality issues and bear the cost of repairs;
(b) Replacement: The Supplier will replace it with a new product of the same or similar functionality;
(c) Refund: The Supplier will refund the cost of the product based on the purchase price.

Customer's Responsibility:

4.1 The Customer should use and maintain the product correctly according to the product's user manual.
4.2 The Customer should properly store the product and avoid any damages or losses to the product.

Other Terms:

5.1 These warranty terms are only applicable to the relationship between the buyer and the supplier and do not grant any rights to transfer to third parties.
5.2 Apart from these warranty terms, the Supplier does not provide any other express or implied warranties regarding the product's quality issues.
5.3 These warranty terms do not exclude or limit the rights that the Customer may have under applicable laws.

Account and Access

●You need to create an account to use our services. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information and ensure the security of your account.

●You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account and password. Please keep your account information secure and do not share it with others.

●We reserve the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate your account access if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated the terms of service or engaged in inappropriate behavior.
