3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Products: Any fixtures or components modified to specific customer specifications.
  • Used Equipment: Products that have been mounted, used in production, or damaged after delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, {{ shop.name }} will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Standard Returns: For "change of mind" or "ordered by mistake," the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the weight of precision fixtures, we recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

5. Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive your item, our technical team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

  • We will notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection.
  • If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's policies.

6. Restocking Fee

Please note that for non-defective returns, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. This covers the cost of technical re-calibration, inspection, and professional repackaging of precision equipment.
