The vise is highly versatile. It can be mounted using alignment keys and toe clamps directly to T-slots, bolted onto grid plates, or fitted with Zero Point pull-studs for instant quick-change capability.

With our standard serrated jaws, you only need 3mm of clamping depth. This minimal requirement allows you to use less raw material and machine more of the part in a single setup.

Yes, highly recommended. To ensure consistent clamping force and prevent part deformation, we recommend using a torque wrench. The maximum recommended torque is typically 100 Nm (check specific model manual).

Absolutely. The compact design and narrow jaw width provide excellent tool clearance. This allows shorter cutting tools to reach the bottom of the part even at steep angles, reducing vibration.

Yes. We offer serrated jaws for raw material (first op) and smooth/soft jaws for finished parts (second op). Jaws can be swapped in seconds using two screws.
