K20.3-C2 zero-point pneumatic chuck is commonly used in three-axis machining centers. The K20.3-C2 chuck has a row of mounting holes in the middle and can be directly installed in the T-slot of the machining center. K20.3-C2 chuck is suitable for processing batch products, making interchangeable tooling plates, and quickly replacing the tooling plates after the machine processing is completed. The positioning holes of the chuck are coordinate ground to ensure a precise fit with the rivets. Its repeated positioning accuracy can reach 0.005. It not only realizes the rapid replacement of tooling plates, but also ensures high-precision repeated positioning.
