AMF-K20.3-L2 Pneumatic Chuck Three axis
K20.3-L2 zero-point positioning chuck is suitable for three-axis machining centers. The chuck is fixed on the machine through a pressure block. After completing the first processing step, the workpiece is placed on the K20.3-L2 chuck to complete the processing of the remaining two sides. The K20.3-L2 chuck can complete processing in three directions on a three-axis machine. The repeat positioning accuracy of the zero-point positioning chuck is 0.005. When an interchangeable tooling plate is replaced from one zero-point chuck to another, it can ensure that the workpiece after processing is within the specified tolerance range, ensuring that each Workpiece consistency and stability.
